Late Check-in Fee
There shall be a charge of @500 yen for late check-in after 10:00 PM.

* Cancellation Policy
If cancelled or modified up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, 50% of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show,100% of all nights will be charged .

The vacancy is confirmed after the reservation mail we got and we will report by the end of the day of 1-2.
Note that the reservation is approved after the reply is gotten from the report that we sent.
The reservation becomes an acceptance only of the telephone for the use two days.
